Stan Corcoran is returning as coach of the Wavemakers for his 18th season. He has been the head swim coach and aquatics director at the McCallie School since 1992. He has led the McCallie team to seven team state titles and developed more than 100 All-Americans, including Sean Ryan who qualified for the 2016 Olympics in the 10K open water swim. This year, he was inducted into the Chattanooga Sports Hall of Fame for swimming. Stan is a graduate of Indiana University and Mercersburg Academy, where he was a three-time All-American in water polo and swimming. Upon moving to Tennessee, Stan developed a love of open water racing and has competed in more than 10 events ranging from one to 12 miles. Stan and his wife, Kelly, live on Missionary Ridge.

David Clark is a graduate of The McCallie School and Auburn University. While at McCallie, he was a four-time All-American and captain of the swim team. David has been involved with CASL for 19 years, either as a swimmer or coach. He is a personal and commercial lines broker with RSS Insurance and lives on Signal Mountain with his wife, Meredith and their two little girls and newborn son. We are thrilled to have David returning for his 11th year as part-time coach with the Wavemakers.
